Updates: Live stream

Hello all!
The class is going well (I think!?) and I'm pleased with the progress all the students are making. I do plan on doing more classes in the future, some smaller ones and some bigger ones. I have many ideas. I hope the students are enjoying the class :)

Anyway, 2 weeks in a row I managed to get some time together to go on livestream and record some live colouring! If you're interested in watching me colour live, there is also a chat on livestream so as I'm colouring you can interact with me and ask me questions! It's a great way to learn! Almost all of my live streams are Copic marker related, but there are a few animation ones sprinkled in there as well.

I generally post on my Art blog when I've completed a livestream showing the original sketch, the video and the final work. If you're interested you should follow that blog too!

You can watch all my previous liveStream broadcasts any time, so if you miss one, you can always watch it later. It's a wonderful system and I enjoy it a great deal!
If you ever want to know when I'm going live, the best way is to watch my twitter! I always tweet when I'm going to be going live. I generally do it on Mondays, but I've taken some time off work at the end of this month so I might get some other days in as well, if I can draw enough to colour, HAHA!

Here is the result of my livestream.
there were a couple technical difficulties that forced me to stop the recording twice, so there are 2 short videos (2 and 6 minutes) before getting into the final video which is almost 3 hours.

And here is the completed image. It is nowhere near what I had hoped for, but I like it nonetheless.
I got to use lots of my tools, including my airbrush.

this is for a contest. The OC-Challenge group has a theme of thunderstorms right now, so I thought I'd give it a shot :)

Live stream - tomorrow

I'm going to do another live stream tomorrow. This time I'm going to be colouring my entry for the oc-challenge contest. It will be a dark sky, female character (sarah) and 2 light sources. One warm dominant light source and one cool sub light source.

Should be interesting if you're interested. It might be a multiple sitting as well....
It records, so if you don't make it that's fine. If you want to ask me questions during you can. I am thinking about using the mic.

live colouring

Tuesday June 22 at 12pm PST I'll be colouring an image of Abade live on my live stream. please come check it out if you have time. I'll be leaving the recording up there if I can, so you can watch the recording later if you want to :)

this will be my first time doing a live stream so even if you can't attend, let me know if you're interested in these sort of things. The response I receive now will dictate whether i take the time to do these again.
